A More Personalized Approach to Primary Care

Traditional medical appointments can sometimes leave limited time for broader health discussions. Concierge primary care is designed to provide a more personalized experience, with an emphasis on accessibility, continuity, and understanding each patient's individual needs.

Our program is designed for adults who want to discuss their health concerns in greater depth, review preventive care needs, and develop an ongoing relationship with their healthcare provider.

Care may include reviewing existing conditions, discussing health goals, evaluating appropriate laboratory testing, and identifying areas where changes in treatment or lifestyle may be beneficial.

What's Included in Our Concierge Medicine Program?

01

Comprehensive Wellness Assessment

Your initial assessment includes a review of your medical history, current health concerns, medications, and personal health goals. The program also includes an annual wellness assessment with a physical examination and specified diagnostic evaluations.

Additional laboratory testing may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

02

Ongoing Physician Access

The program is designed to provide more direct access to your physician, including 24/7 access and the physician's personal cell phone number as described in the program. Unlimited office visits are included under the membership structure, subject to the program's current terms.

Follow-up appointments help address ongoing concerns and review progress without treating every visit as an isolated encounter.

03

Preventive Health and Risk Assessment

Preventive care can help identify health concerns that may need attention before symptoms develop. Depending on your medical history and clinical needs, your evaluation may include appropriate laboratory work and assessments of cardiovascular, metabolic, nutritional, or hormonal health.

Not every test is necessary for every patient. Testing recommendations should be based on individual circumstances and established clinical indications.

04

Hormone and Metabolic Health

Hormonal changes and metabolic concerns can influence several aspects of health. When appropriate, your clinician may evaluate symptoms, review relevant laboratory results, and discuss treatment options for concerns such as menopause symptoms, low testosterone, or weight management.

Hormone therapy and other treatments are considered individually and are not automatically included or indicated for every member.

05

Nutrition and Lifestyle Guidance

Nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and other daily habits can influence long-term health. Depending on your needs and membership benefits, the program may include personalized nutrition guidance, meal-planning support, or follow-up coaching.

06

Coordinated Specialist Care

When additional expertise is needed, the practice can help coordinate referrals to specialists. The program has described access to negotiated specialist discounts, subject to current provider arrangements and applicable terms.

Specialist consultations, outside testing, and other services may involve separate charges.

Benefits of Concierge Primary Care

Concierge primary care is designed to make ongoing healthcare more personal and accessible. Potential benefits of the program include:

  • More time for health discussions: Opportunities to review concerns and goals in greater detail.
  • Direct physician access: A more accessible communication model under the membership's stated terms.
  • Ongoing preventive care: Regular assessment of health risks and appropriate screening needs.
  • Continuity of care: A clinician who can consider your medical history and changing health needs over time.
  • Individualized guidance: Recommendations informed by your symptoms, health history, and personal goals.
  • Care coordination: Help navigating referrals and related medical services when needed.

Individual experiences vary, and concierge membership does not guarantee a particular medical outcome.

Concierge Primary Care Membership and Fees

Healthy Aging Medical Centers offers a membership-based concierge care model. The program's published fee structure includes the following:

  • Initial enrollment fee: $599, which has been described as including the comprehensive wellness assessment, physical examination, EKG, lung study, chest X-ray, and laboratory fees for the initial blood work.
  • Individual membership: $150 per month per adult.
  • Couples membership: $200 per month for two adults.
  • Executive Plan: An additional plan listed at $299, with upgraded features. Ask the practice to confirm the current inclusions and billing terms.

Additional laboratory tests may incur separate charges depending on the tests required. Other services, imaging, medications, and specialist care may also involve additional fees.

Before enrolling, ask our team to explain the current membership agreement, including services, exclusions, and any additional costs. Concierge membership should not be assumed to replace health insurance or cover emergency care, hospital services, or all outside medical expenses.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Rand‘s now for the past 5 years and found him to be very knowledgeable, very thorough and most of all very compassionate. He is a pioneer in longevity medicines/therapies. He’s helped me take control over several medical issues I was concerned with, and provided me the tools to do so. I would highly recommend him to anyone whose goal is to live happier, longer, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

— Steven Stak

I went to see Dr. Rand on a friends recommendation in September and just had my first followup. We uncovered a variety of intolerances that left me perpetually inflamed and undernourished despite a very healthy diet. In a couple months, implementing Dr. Rand’s and nutritionist Dave’s advice I feel fantastic and lighter! Just the knowledge of what I should not eat based on clear data motivated me to overhaul my food choices and nutrition. I plan to maintain regular 3-6 month visits and look for them to continue to guide me on all aspects of my health.

— Jackie

De. Rand and his staff have helped me achieve most of the goals I set out to accomplish while I am still working towards others. The office is very professionally run, and sees to it that each patient is well attended. Ashley, the Office Manager, deserves a special call out. She always takes the time to listen to any concerns and help me find the answer. She is a gem. I appreciate the holistic approach to wellness.

— Lisa Fedder

It’s like the fountain of youth I’ve been looking for. Dr.Rand and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. With all of them working as a team they have managed to make me feel much more energetic, focused and much less achy. This place is the real deal and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s serious about a total reboot of the mind, body and soul.

— Michael Leone

You can thank me now get in there and go see them and get yourself on a program very professional very clean very knowledgeable and very helpful. Answered all my questions and then answered all my questions again you will thank me later. Best of luck in your journey.

Healthy Aging Medical Centers has honestly changed my life! I could not be happier with Dr. Rand and his staff. I initially went to see him over concerns with cholesterol and hormones. Needless to say, my levels are all great now! Saved me from going on statins. I feel great and I am so happy I made the call to see Dr. Rand. Thank you so much Healthy Aging and Dr. Rand!

More Than Primary Care: An Integrated Approach to Healthy Aging

Concierge primary care is one part of the broader services offered by Healthy Aging Medical Centers. In addition to primary care and preventive health support, the practice offers services addressing hormone health, medical weight management, longevity, sexual wellness, and other individual concerns.

These services are not interchangeable, and not every treatment is appropriate for every patient. The benefit of a broader medical practice is the opportunity to discuss how different aspects of your health may relate and determine which services, if any, are appropriate for you.

Your Health Is More Than a Single Symptom

When something changes your energy, weight, strength, mood, sexual health, or appearance it can be easy to treat each concern separately.
We take a broader view. Our approach considers your overall health and the factors that may be contributing to how you feel. Depending on your needs, your care may involve laboratory evaluation, medical treatment, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, wellness therapies, or a combination of approaches.

You don't have to accept feeling different simply because you're getting older. At Healthy Aging Medical Centers, we take the time to understand where you are today and where you want to go next.
The goal is not simply to treat a symptom. The goal is to understand the person behind it.
